Built for hospitality

Made for properties where design,
privacy, and guest feeling matter.

A Felt Sense fits especially well in design-led, wellness-oriented, and experience-forward properties where the room itself is part of the brand story.

A guest experience that runs itself.

“A guest checks in at 11pm after a transatlantic flight. No staff interaction needed. They’re guided through a reset session in under 20 minutes. They sleep. In the morning, they ask the front desk what that was.”

Designed to operate without training, without intervention, and without friction. Setup is handled during installation. Everything after that is invisible.

Common questions

Before your demo.

Does it require dedicated hardware in every room?+
A Felt Sense uses a compact, design-forward hardware unit that sits discreetly in the room, typically on a bedside surface. Each room requires its own unit.
Is there a learning curve for front desk staff?+
Minimal. Front desk teams typically need less than 30 minutes of onboarding. The guest experience is self-guided — staff are not expected to explain or operate the system. We provide a simple reference card so your team can confidently answer what guests will ask.
What does setup actually involve?+
All you need to provide is a space to put the pillow bag in each room. After plugging it in, the system connects directly to each guest’s phone via bluetooth and is available for use immediately.
How is it priced — per room, per property, or per use?+
Each pillow bag costs $2,500 USD. We are currently running a limited time founding production run offering free lifetime subscription in exchange for feedback from you and your guests.
Can we pilot with one room or suite before committing?+
Yes — and we encourage it for you to experience guest response firsthand. You will have the option to move from pilot to full deployment within a quarter.
